1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout all clauses and schedules:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the gbk76 Platform is restricted. By creating an Account or using any Service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. gbk76 does not permit use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Own Account: You are registering and using the Account exclusively for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• Single Account: You do not already hold an active or suspended gbk76 Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time.
• Not a Problem Gambler: You are not registered with any self-exclusion programme, whether operated by gbk76 or any recognised third-party responsible gaming organisation, at the time of registration.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of gbk76 Services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in good faith. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one Account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or device identifiers by the same individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gbk76 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your username and password secure. You must notify gbk76 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• KYC Verification: gbk76 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended and withdrawal requests withheld until verification is complete.
• Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Attempting to transfer an Account is grounds for immediate suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gbk76 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• gbk76 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS. Supported methods may change without prior notice; the current list is always displayed in the Member's deposit panel.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.
• gbk76 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which gbk76 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• gbk76 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, during system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the gbk76 Account. gbk76 reserves the right to request confirmation of the destination account before processing any withdrawal.
• gbk76 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, where the amount is substantial or where the transaction profile is deemed unusual.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gbk76 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Members who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. gbk76 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is published on the promotion's detail page.
• Bonus Abuse: gbk76 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional structures. Any Member found to be abusing bonuses will have their Account suspended and all bonus-derived funds forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or free bets expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account balance automatically and are not reinstated.
• Modification and Withdrawal: gbk76 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at gbk76's absolute discretion and do not form part of any guaranteed entitlement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one active bonus may be applied to a Member's Account at any given time. Applying for a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will not be permitted unless the active bonus is first settled or expired.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the gbk76 Platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., sportsbook settlement rules, live casino table rules, togel draw procedures) are published separately in each product section and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets and wagers are subject to acceptance by gbk76. gbk76 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event or market that has been suspended, closed, or offered in error.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed in each betting market and game. gbk76 reserves the right to adjust individual Member stake limits without notice where this is deemed necessary to manage risk.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or manifest pricing error, gbk76 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to the Member's Account. Winnings derived from an evident error will not be honoured.
• Results and Settlement: Official results used for bet settlement are taken from recognised governing bodies (e.g., PSSI for Indonesian domestic football, FIFA for international fixtures, official draw authorities for togel markets). In the event of a discrepancy between a result source and the official governing body, the official governing body's result takes precedence.
• Disconnection During Live Games: gbk76 is not liable for any loss of session data or game state resulting from a Member's internet disconnection during a live casino round or active game. Where a disconnection prevents a round from completing, gbk76 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state; however, bets already placed are not automatically reversed.

7 Responsible Gaming

gbk76 is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased within a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automated session time notifications to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may apply a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which login and betting are disabled.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gbk76 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of gbk76 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of gbk76. Unauthorised use of gbk76's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gbk76 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or scrape Platform data.
• Registering multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other reason.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to generate guaranteed profits at gbk76's expense.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing purposes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any Platform software, game engine, or security system.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
• Providing false or misleading identification documents during KYC verification or at any other point in the account lifecycle.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbk76, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data or transmissions, provided gbk76 has implemented reasonable security measures.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform, including game providers and payment processors.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond gbk76's reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet outages, and third-party infrastructure failures.

gbk76's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

Your use of the gbk76 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data collection, storage, and processing practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key principles include:

• We collect personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, and protect the integrity of the Platform.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers) strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to binding confidentiality agreements.
• All data transmissions between your device and the gbk76 Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

12 Suspension & Termination

gbk76 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Member or a legally authorised third party.
• A regulatory requirement or court order compelling gbk76 to close or restrict the Account.

Upon termination for cause, gbk76 may withhold any remaining Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the remaining balance (net of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method. Members who close their Account voluntarily in good standing will receive their remaining real-money balance within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments

gbk76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gbk76 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice to active Members via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the gbk76 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12. The current version of these Terms is always accessible via the footer of the gbk76 website.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gbk76 holds its international gaming licence. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

Nothing in this clause limits gbk76's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of any jurisdiction. Members who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to regulatory restrictions in Indonesia and that they access and use the gbk76 Platform entirely at their own discretion and risk.
